Take Over and Destroy (TOAD) hails from Tempe, Arizona and has put together this really classic sounding release that has essences of both old school metal blended with newer European black metal. At first listen I thought it was Black Sabbath crossed with Amon Amarth, but as I listened to it more, I found it to be much deeper and maybe even ground breaking.

This comes out fierce and in your face. This song sets the pace for the CD. With a lot of strong riffs and strong vocals this reminds me a lot of older material from The Crown.

This has a very trippy beginning followed by all out black metal riffs and evil vocals. This song also showcases the drummer’s talents as it will just shred your speakers with his vicious beats.

A catchy tune, this one has a lot of eerie organ in the background and some really good lead guitar work.

A lot of change ups in this song make it a very interesting ride. Some of the riffs are just amazing.

This eerie song starts slow and gains speed until it will twist your head off. The guitar solo at the end is just classic.
