Simon Field Gravity (ft Easton Davis) (digital single) Review by Gary Hill
This has four versions (the original and three remix/edits) of one song. There is a lot of classic R&B and soul on that song. It’s basically electronic dance music beyond that. The thing that works best for it is the vocal performance, which is classy.

Gravity
Musically this is electronic dance music. It’s not all that special, but it does have a lot of energy. The thing that makes this work is the vocal performance. It’s definitely soulful and has an old school R&B vibe.
Gravity (House Edit) It’s odd that this piece works as well as it does. And, it works quite well. It seems to lose a little of the power and classic nature here. Yet, somehow that gets traded in for different charms that are equal. The only problem here is that it overstays its welcome a little.
Gravity (Lars Van Dalen & Mike Moorish Remix) This is a pure dance thing. It has a lot of energy, but loses all the charm of the other two versions. I’m not sold on this one at all. It definitely overstays its welcome, getting pretty annoying at times. That said, it probably would work better on the dance floor than it does at home.
Gravity (Classi Remix) This is sort of in between the original track and the house edit. I like this a lot. In fact, it might be my favorite version.
