Resurrection Fern

Coffee (digital single)

Review by Gary Hill
I reviewed another single from this artist in the previous issue of Music Street Journal. This is her newest release. The cut is in a folk rock vein, and works well.

This review is available in book (paperback and hardcover) in Music Street Journal: 2019  Volume 6. More information and purchase links can be found at: garyhillauthor.com/Music-Street-Journal-2019.

Track by Track Review
Coffee
Intricate and intriguing acoustic guitar starts this cut and holds it as it moves forward. The vocals come in over the top of that delivering lyrical magic. The song is effective and quite pretty. It is also poignant.
