Unheard Music DVD

Review by Gary Hill

Here’s a fascinating documentary about a unique band. X is one of those groups with devoted followers and others who find them to be visionary and revolutionary. Still, for those outside those two circles, X might be completely unknown. This documentary was originally released in 1986. They’ve cleaned up the video and added a lot of new material for this release. It’s a great documentary that will please fans of the group, but also would serve as an excellent introduction to this under-rated outfit.
