The Doors

Live at the Bowl '68 BluRay

Review by Gary Hill

OK, let’s get the first thing out here - "The Doors Live at the Hollywood Bowl" is not the same as this. Yes, they were both filmed at the same concert. However, this one fixes a lot of problems with that one. The sound and video are both greatly improved. There are songs that were missing from that first film that have been added back here. The concert is great, the film is great. That means you must have this if you are a Doors fan, right? Still need convincing, it’s loaded with bonus features, too. If you have that older video, you still will want this. There’s no comparison. If you haven’t bought that one, rush out and get this – now.
