Neal Morse

The Neal Morse Band The Similitude of a Dream Live In Tilburg 2017 DVD Box Set

Review by Gary Hill

Say what you will, but Neal Morse and his band are among the most talented people out there. Morse keeps releasing such high quality stuff, too. Whether it's his recent solo album or his stuff with Neal Morse band or the recent Spock's Beard reunion thing, you just don't get anything of weak quality with Morse. This set upholds that tradition of doing things right.

This concert is such an incredible performance. The stage lighting and other elements mix to create a show that must have been incredible to see in person. For those of us who missed it, this is the next best thing. The sound and video quality are both exceptional. Not only do you get a double DVD set capturing the show, but there is also a two-CD set of all the music. When you couple that with the kind of quality the live show presents, this is a "must have" set for sure.
