Les Techno

Flowers For Dystopia (digital single)

Review by Gary Hill

This a brand new release from Les Techno. I guess the mask on the cover probably tells you that it's new, though. I've previously reviewed several things from him. He always produces intriguing music, and this is no exception. This number has a real 80s/90s pop rock vibe to it. It's a nice addition to his catalog.

This review is available in book (paperback and hardcover) in Music Street Journal: 2020  Volume 4. More information and purchase links can be found at: garyhillauthor.com/Music-Street-Journal-2020.

Flowers For Dystopia
There is a cool funky rock groove at the start of this. The vocals come in over the top of that. This makes me think of INXS to a large degree. It's a fun cut that works quite well. It's an entertaining ride.
