I’m not positive this fits under progressive rock. Some songs do. Others have hints of prog. I’ve seen this artist listed under prog elsewhere so that tipped the scale. Besides, David Udell is part of the band Dely Tactics, and they are considered prog. This is inventive, artistic and quirky. It’s also entertaining and surprising. I’ll let you decide if it’s prog or not, though.

Track by Track Review
Watching The Freak Parade
I dig the guitar sound that starts things here. This turns to weird alternative rock as it gets into the song proper. It’s a topical number with a good energy and groove. The keyboards bring some proggy art rock angles.
It's Beginning To Look Like Rain
A bit less edgy, this is still quirky and alternative in its delivery. It’s also another topical tune.
Slow Song
This is slower, as the title suggests. It’s also echoey and rather psychedelic. I can see comparisons to Pink Floyd being valid. This still has a lot of proggy guitar in the mix.
The Motion Song
This is trippy art rock. It’s a short cut with some psychedelia in the mix, too.
Our River
A bouncy, driving alternative rocker with plenty of proggy tendencies, this is intriguing and entertaining.
Solid Ground
Prog and alternative rock seem to merge here.
Made My Peace
Piano starts this. The cut works out to alternative rock that’s informed by prog and alternative.
Is It Worth It?
The bass brings some prog angles and so do some of the more purely melodic movements. The faster paced soring stuff is also proggy. Yet there is plenty of alternative rock at the core of this thing.
Unexplored Expanses
This is pure art music. It’s trippy space stuff with lots of speaking, radio chatter in what sounds like Russian early. Other elements emerge to a small degree after a time, but once it shifts to a real rock groove, it ends very quickly after. Weird as this is, it’s one of my favorite things here.
It's Worth It
Somehow the melodic, intricate sounds that start this make think of early Alice Cooper. This is largely piano based. This works out into a decidedly proggy, but quirky jam. With multiple layers of vocals, this has a real epic vibe to it.
