This is a particularly effective EP. There is definitely some range here, but it lands in the zones of folk, singer-songwriter and country music. Every song works well, and it leaves the listener wishing there were more. That's generally a good thing.

Track by Track Review
Thief in the Crowd I really dig the folk rocking sound of this cut. There is a real classic nature to this piece. It gets more rocking as it works forward. There are also some country-like angles that are added to it as it does get intensified.
The Waiting
Country and folk music merge with a singer-songwriter kind of sensibility on this number. It has a real classic vibe at play.
Tear Apart This Town
I like the energy and charm of this track. It is more of a folk rock song, but there are still country elements at play.
Don't Curse Your Branches
Not a big change, this effective number has rock and country elements at play. It's another winner.
