Live in Manilla DVD/CD

Review by Gary Hill

I love DVDs that include the music on CD. This is one such set, with a two audio CD set along with the video. I have to say that I saw these guys once in the 80s, and I thought they were very boring. I can't imagine calling this concert "boring." they really rock like crazy here. They sound amazingly good. No insult to Steve Perry, but I can't say that I miss him at all here. If you close your eyes, you'd swear that it is Steve Perry up there performing with them. The video and audio are both great here, and this is an exceptional package.
