Thin Lizzy

Are You Ready: Greatest Hits Live DVD

Review by Gary Hill

I’ve always felt that Thin Lizzy was an incredible band. Certainly Phil Lynott is sorely missed. The band’s brand of gritty hard rock always seemed to work. This live performance is from the Chinatown era. It features the legendary Snowy White on guitar, too. The video and audio are both good – but obviously not up to modern standards. The performance is exceptionally strong. I really like this DVD a lot. That said, I don’t really think you can go wrong with Thin Lizzy.
