Tom Petty

and the Heartbreakers - Classic Albums: Damn the Torpedoes DVD

Review by Gary Hill

I love this whole “Classic Albums” series. Every single one of these videos really opens your eyes and ears to see an album in a whole new light. Well, this one turns its attention to Tom Petty’s breakthrough disc. It delves into the history the led up to the disc, the production of the album and a lot more. There is archival footage along with modern interviews. All in all, this is an exceptional DVD in an exceptional series.
