Kylie Minogue

Kylie: Rare and Unseen DVD

Review by Gary Hill

A lot of how you feel about this DVD will center on your expectations going in to the event. If you want a comprehensive, or even coherent, documentary, you will be sorely disappointed. If, however, your quest is more about seeing a lot of rare footage you have never seen before, you’ll probably like this. It is just that, sort of jumbled up box of clips sprinkled here and there. This is an unauthorized release, too – so that means it includes none of Minogue’s music or anything else official.

This review is available in book format (hardcover and paperback) in Music Street Journal: 2010  Volume 6 at lulu.com/strangesound.
