Stone Temple Pilots

Alive in the Windy City BluRay

Review by Gary Hill

I’d heard bad things about this band, mostly in the form of criticism of singer Scott Weiland. Well, this BluRay purely rocks. I can’t speak about any bigger STP issue, but this performance found that band in prime form. They worked through a number of tunes showing off their range of sound. Not only was the band on fire, but the audio and video are both great. I highly recommend this disc and it’s got me interested in seeing these guys live.
