Peter Hammill

Peter Hammill & the K Group - Live At Rockpalast DVD

Review by Gary Hill

Those expecting Van Der Graaf Generator music might be disappointed. The same for those who come for solo Hammill music. The majority of the set here is made up of music done exclusively by Hammill with the K Group. There are a couple VDGG and solo tracks, but otherwise that's it. All in all, this is quite a cool show, though. It's interesting musically. The sound and video are both very good, too. That makes this something worth having for Hammill fans for sure.
