This Smith`s song is covered here quite well. The Tommy James Crimson and Clover sort of feel that the Smiths frequently exhibited is present here. In fact, this really sounds very much like the Smiths.

Theremin usage on this song lends a very interesting texture to a song that combines `60`s pop elements with dark alternative stylings. Lindsey Buckingham, among others, joins Sweet on this song.

A somewhat countrified folk rock song, Witches Song features a rousing rock chorus and some imaginative guitar work.
