I’ve never been a fan of Skid Row. I remember I saw them open for Kiss once and thought they were terrible. Well, this EP is awesome. It just plain rocks. The lead singer is great and everything here is cool. If this is the kind of quality we can expect from these guys, I need to pay more attention to them.

Fierce and heavy, this thing starts it off with a killer riff driven jam.

Another high energy metal tune, this killer has some great guitar work.

Here we get a tune that’s more of a melodic power ballad. I like it a lot.

This is awesome. It’s almost a progressive metal tune. It’s got some dramatic and rather proggy elements to the mellower sections, but it powers out to raw metal that’s very heavy. It’s aggressive and anthemic. They turn it out to a rather extended jam that really pounds and grinds out quite well.

A pounding and rather raw hard rocker, this is a cool one, too.
