Yes

Rhythm of Love / City of Love (live) (vinyl single)

Review by Gary Hill
If you want to get this song on vinyl and have a cool B-side, this might be the answer. I have to admit, this is not a Yes song I really like, and I'm a Yes fanatic, but the flip side is well worth having, particularly if you really dig the A side. I've reviewed the individual songs before (one on Big Generator and the other on the 12 inch single version of the A-side). For the sake of consistency, the track reviews here are modified from those.

Side A
Rhythm of Love
In my opinion this song with its Beach Boys like vocal arrangement is the worst cut Yes have ever recorded. That said, I've warmed to it over the years.
Side B
City of Love (Live)
A great case for truth in advertising, this is a live version of the song from 90125. This is quite a strong rendition of the piece. I think maybe I like this better than the studio version and I like that one a lot. They seem to extend it out quite a bit, too.
