Reggae Nashville - Deep Roots Music 3 DVD

Review by Gary Hill

This is one of a series of DVD's showcasing a reggae documentary produced shortly after the death of Bob Marley in the 1980's. This is a quality release. For those who quest for knowledge and a better understanding of the history of the genre, this series is great. It is full of indepth information, rare footage and a lot more. The whole thing is well done. The only real complaint is that, since it's taken this long to get to DVD, it's rather outdated. Still, any documentary has a shelf life. After that's done it becomes a time capsule. This is a great time capsule.
