This second volume of Young Buckethead starts off really well but goes south with its last 2 parts.  The Deli Creeps make up the first half of this DVD and that is where this release shines.  The music is quirky but no less interesting and the emphasis, rightly so, is focused on Buckethead and his guitar playing.  The first segment is from a show at the Kennel Club in 1991 and that has a cool bootleg quality although the sound is really good and not bootleg at all.  The footage from the I-Beam in 1990 is more amateur video and not quite the quality of the first part.  There are heads in the way, the footage is darker, and the sound suffers a bit.  Still, it is well worth having just to watch Buckethead shred out.

The other material is basically clowning around backstage at the I-Beam and an interview from 1990.  The interviews are basically not taken seriously so you really don’t get any insight into the man.  The latter interview features just a small segment of acoustic playing but it is all the way at the end and by then it isn’t worth the wait.  I like the first volume a little more but this DVD has its moments; it’s just that they are all at the beginning.
