Blowing Fuses Left & Right: The Legendary Detroit Rock Interviews DVD

Review by Gary Hill

Two very important bands to come out of Detroit were MC5 and Iggy and the Stooges. This DVD includes interviews with Ron Asheton (Iggy Pop and the Stooges) and Rob Tyner and Dennis Thompson (MC5). In fact, this is said to be the last interview Tyner ever did. Asheton is also no longer with us. These interviews are quite good and well worth having. I really learned a lot from watching this DVD. And, I should say that I’m not a huge fan of either band. So, if I enjoyed it this much, I am guessing real hardcore fans will like it even more. This is a cool video.
